"A hotel waiting to be closed down. No amenities, no bar, no restaurant, no coffee /tea in room, ridiculously expensive shop in the lobby. Being knocked down in late 26/27."

"The AC didn’t work over the weekend and there was construction happening in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay but it was a simple utility that didn’t takeaway or enhance our experience. Very neutral experience."

"It's an older hotel that has been maintained well. The room was clean and nice size. Perfect location. I would stay again. 2 cons- no coffee or water in rooms or reception. 2- I couldn't get hot water in the shower."

"We have been coming to the New Yorker for many years. Older hotel that's bones have some character. Some of the cheaper rooms are small. Staff is always accommodating, and location can't be beat."

As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"
