"Clean, efficient, centrally located but too large."

"The room was comfortable although small (probably normal for NY). The room was cleaned at around the same time every morning. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was very good. The location of the hotel is outstanding, very easy access to Times square, public transportation, many restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Up on the 15th floor the hot water was OK for a shower but could have been a bit hotter. It would help to have some hooks on the wall, particularly in the bathroom, there was no place to put things. But that said, I would stay here again."

"Great hotel. Great location. Pricey but nice. We had a great view (by request and surcharged). Have stayed 3 times so far. All good but must admit wear and tear is starting to show on room furniture. Mattress springs were compressed on edge of bed pretty bad. Rest of mattress was fine. There's not a lot of space in the room (like any NY hotel) so the edge of the bed probably gets a lot of use....but all in all would likely stay again due to proximity to family residents."
