"We were charged $1000 on arrival (a $600 and $400 charge) but were not informed of this when we checked in. When we realized, we queried it and were told it was a breakage deposit which would be paid back upon check out. We arrived home 2 weeks ago and unfortunately we are still waiting for $400.
The rooms are tiny and not suitable for 4 people even though ours was booked for 4. Location was good but there are better hotels in New York. "
