Great service and constantly checks in to see if there's anything they can do. Clean rooms and newly refurbished. Staff service is great and the new decor makes it one of the best looking NY hotels for the price. Only hiccup is the ticking sounds from the bathroom lights and the drain for shower was a bit slow/clogged. I only stayed for one night but they sent staff to fix it after I left.

The entire staff at The Chemists; Club Hotel were/are amazing! This was our first time staying with them and we don't want to stay anywhere else on our monthly trips to Manhattan!
