"I enjoyed my stay at The Westin New York Grand Central. The hotel staff at check-in was friendly and informative. Deirah was wonderful! She mentioned she has been working there for 40 years! The room was clean. I stayed 4 nights and each day the room was reset cleanly. Location is great. I did not want to be too close to Time Square but not too far. This is my 3rd time to NYC and this has been my favorite hotel in the heart of Manhattan and will be coming here again. I was given complimentary breakfast for the number of nights I stayed there. However, dining room was packed every morning. I was happy that I could redeem for food & drink at the cafe so the vouchers were not wasted. "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Concierge helped us get car service from and to the airport. They recommended two restaurants that were both delicious and did not disappoint. The Hotel is a prefect spot, next to all the great shops and store. "

"Everything was comfortable and the room was nice. The closet is larger than expected. The bathroom is pretty tight so if you plan on having two people getting ready at once in there, make other plans. The room is spacious for NYC, would've been nice if it had a sofa instead of just the chair to make more use of the space. Our room 905 had some visible ceiling repair work but was well maintained. The view out of our window was just of the apartment building across from us, not a flaw but not a perk either."

"This was the best place to stay, we wanted to be close to transportation, so right across from grand central station was optimal. We'd grab food and coffee, jump on the subway and zoom around the city, sightseeing! "
