"Loved my stay! The coffee shop, rooftop bar, club, all the amenities were wonderful. Hotel was beautiful, I went with the higher floor and did not regret it. Would book again and again."

"The property was clean, and well maintained. The staff were firendly and helpful. The amenities left a little to be desired. The entertainment (TV) system was from 2008, and some features (Googlecast specifically) failed to work. Though I understand that's not why people come to the Theater District, it's still suboptimal. Finally, I fully recognize space is at a premium, but the gap between the sink and shower door was VERY small (as was the bathroom). This was highly inconvenient. "

"We always stay at the New Yorker when we are in New York, whether for business or for pleasure. The hotel is convenient for us for our business and for attending theatre and restaurants in the theatre district. The price is good for the value. The least expensive rooms are rather small; but some of their rooms are large with a refrigerator. The building is older but renovated. So it has the advantage of larger windows and high ceilings. Ask for corner rooms to get more windows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And there are many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance."

"Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty with hair. The picture on the wall wasn’t wiped down and there was splashes of substance on it.There was trash behind the ottoman in the bedroom. The bedsheets on one of the beds had some type of substance on it and some other dirty marks. "

"Room was nice and clean and loved having the private terrace but there was no amenities at all in the room…no mini bar, no glassware, no snacks, no robes; why was I charged a $30 amenity fee when checking in?? For the price, I expect more. Won’t be going back…I’d rather spend more money and stay at Nine Orchard a couple blocks away. "

"Had no laundry, very clean, noise insulation is bad so use airplugs. The room is like a hotel in all other aspects, so daily room service etc"

"No coffee machine in the room, very low amenities only body wash and shampoo from a fixed bottle. This hotel used to be the Mondrian and now it is a very low cost hotel at the same prices of the Mondrian. The coffee downstairs is $8 for a machine version, there is no breakfast available on weekends only brunch starting at 9am. At that price point there are many hotels with better facilities. amenities and experience."

"Air con not working properly; finishes all fraying and worn; what seems to be non-compliant electrical setup (extension cord for appliances?); minimal low-quality bedding with no blanket/no extra warmth; minimal and threadbare linens, with very little supply in the basement (didn’t enjoy having to go to the basement to scrounge for supplies at $300 per night. Would not recommend to anyone over the age of 25"
