I stayed in several hotels over my stay in New York but this is the one I enjoyed the most. The location, close to Korea Town, was vibrant and very central. A tall building, it provides lovely views on its upper floors. There's a bar at the top and the hotel itself had an upbeat, sociable vibe even though my stay was near the start of a week. This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions. It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options...
