"I have stayed there over the years since its opening , at least 15 times. But for the last few years and since Covid,I have not , due to price mostly and to see other new hotels. The basic service was very good, definitely up a notch. Jose' , the doorman ALWAYS remembers us, which is amazing, and the whole door staff , especially is excellent. I like the jazz bar and I like the hotel lobby bar, although it has lost a little quaintness as it now is more like a nightclub at night as opposed to before, but I cannot hear it in my room on the 6th floor. "
