"While the hotel offers reasonable value at just over $300 per night, several operational and structural shortcomings detracted from the overall stay. The elevators were a significant pain point. Although the property has two elevators, one is regularly dedicated to housekeeping and operational use, leaving guests with extended wait times throughout the day. Sound insulation is another concern. The windows lack proper noise treatment, allowing exterior sound to carry into the rooms. The HVAC system, while equipped with an in-room thermostat, is clearly an older unit and produces a noticeable hum that can be disruptive, particularly at night. Aesthetically, some surface-level updates have been made, but they cannot mask the fact that the underlying infrastructure feels dated. The hotel shows its age in ways that cosmetic touches alone cannot address. Overall, while the pricing is competitive, I would recommend spending slightly more to stay at a property with higher standards and better maintained systems."

Although several people at the front desk were lovely and helpful, one bearded Scandinavian type there was surly and aggressive and shouldn’t be in the service industry. The bartender in the lobby was also completely overwhelmed. Sweet but understaffed and forgetful and stressed. "

"Perfect location, clean and stylish. Petite rooms, but cozy. The king terrace room was awesome. Most comfortable sheets and pillows. Mattress wasn’t the best. Otherwise, awesome!"
