"Stayed here recently with my child. After a horrendous time getting there arrived late to a friendly face. Was given a nice room without a safe or microwave. , so changed room. Next room was small and old and dirty. The safe didnt work and room wasn't what I paid for so had to wait until later the next day to get a better room. Still not what I booked but had a great view and was cleaner so settled with this. Stayed for 10 nights. Free tea and coffee in lobby. Great staff and felt safe there. Few dodgy characters outside but wasn't a problem for us. Comfy clean beds, but room needs a duster to it. Great air con once I googled how to use it. All in all a good stay. Would stay again."

"Beautiful Stay at Arlo SoHo I absolutely loved my stay at Arlo SoHo and would definitely stay here again! From the beautiful hotel and great location to the thoughtful little touches, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for New York City. I especially appreciated having a mini fridge, which is such a great touch and something you don’t always find in NYC hotels. There were also so many thoughtful little details throughout the room, including adorable fortune cookies celebrating my birthday — such a sweet and unexpected touch! 🥠✨ The Linden restaurant was definitely one of my highlights. The cocktails were gorgeous, and the avocado toast was absolutely delicious. I genuinely loved the restaurant and would happily come back just for the food and drinks. Another feature I really appreciated was the 24-hour convenience market in the hotel. It was incredibly convenient being able to grab something after coming back from a night out, especially when everything else was closed. The staff were also fantastic — consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great for exploring Soho and getting around the city, and overall, the hotel had such a beautiful atmosphere. Absolutely worth it and highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Arlo SoHo and would have no hesitation staying here again on my next trip to New York. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Although the Washington could use some updating, the rooms are always clean, staff is professional and helpful and location is excellent. It is a great value. Water always available in the lobby and outdoor balcony comfortable. Deluxe rooms have an incredible view of the 911 Memorial."

"Property is awesome and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and room was roomy. Only negative is that their satellite TV service is very spotty and limited which stunk when we were stuck indoors due to rain."
