Staff was extremely rude and made us feel not welcomed. Hotel is very dark and Opaque not worth the money Staff was very rude and made us feel we were not welcomed. Would Not recommend to anyone. When we told a staff about our luggage tickets they replied. “Not my problem” that is the kind of attitude and “service” they provide in this hotel. Avoid at all costs

Property is fantastic, only complaint was we checked in on a Saturday night and there was music blaring and we couldn’t talk to the checking staff , please move checkin on busy nights !

Extremely poor service- no one at front desk early in the morning for checkout (despite previously flagged early check out & assurance of 24 hour cover) -& no confirm receieved of checkout 24 hours later. No hot water on last morning-despite running tap for 5 mins, only tepid water. Room safe not working-battery required
