"Lovely hotel, we encountered several small maintenance issues and they were either resolved or addressed. Suite was spacious, and nicely furnished. Bathroom was also spacious and a good deep bath with separate shower."

"Great resort and amenities. Only complaint was the wait time to check in. More staff at the front desk would have been helpful. "

"Disregard any of the elevator comments. They are working and efficient. The property provided 2 bottles of water per day and you get those at the gift shop but your $35 per day credit doesn’t apply to the shop only the restaurants in the hotel. Property was very centrally located, and staff was very helpful. Rooms were good but beds are standard size so not much room if you were traveling with a family. This was a good option for our family of 4. I would choose this again."

"The rooms smell funny and are old. Dated. Also, the outside during the day - the building is just, ugly. I'm sorry to say. The beds are on flat wood frames, so not the most comfortable. I understand this is Vegas, but I needed sleep. I'll likely stay off strip next time. If you like the bustling activity of Vegas though, this one is for you. I ate at the the Mexican restaurant the next day it was fab!"

"Best location. 1/2 block from Time Square. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. That’s not important to me. I will stay again. "

"I always love staying at this hotel. Be sure to pay extra for top floor with a view. The Eiffel Tower is just a remarkable experience as well"

"There was a power outrage at the hotel while I was there and it was not handled well by the hotel/staff. No guidance as to what to do with no elevators avail or severity of the issue. Worse part was the casino area was fully lit up. Had to leave hotel to conduct business with no support from the front desk. Also used check out thru the TV and never received a receipt."
