The hotel is located on the bay right across from the cruise terminal. It is very convenient for pre and post cruise stays. There is lots to do in the area and we felt safe walking in the immediate neighborhood. We also appreciated the airport shuttle.

Customer service was great. Our stay was great and we’re treated with much respect and all staff was very professional. The only negative thing I could say is that my husband and I found a spoiled half eaten apple under our bed. Other than that, everything else was great. Will definitely be going back.

Great location and customer service. Don't expect a late check out as they do not give you this opportunity and you must check out by 11am. Also, no room service or continental breakfast. A bit noisy but it is the city after all. Plenty of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. I highly recommend visiting Little Italy (10min walk from the hotel) for excellent dinning.

Overall we had a good experience. We booked a sky view room facing the ocean but once we go there there was no more rooms available so we had to settle with a lower level room. It was still facing the ocean no complaints since we just stayed for one night.
