Convenient airport shuttle service, Easy and quick (early) check-in, Great location, and Terrific (sizeable) room with a view. The social hour apps and wine were a nice touch, and dinner in the bar was delicious.

Decent room for the price. Pros: very comfortable beds, great view of the city, rainfall showerhead. Cons: doors don't have dampers so they slam easily, A/C was not fully operational, bathroom had no ventilation and bathroom door could not prop open easily.

The hotel was in an excellent location just a short 2 block walk to the Santa Fe train, trolley. The room was nice with a view of the bay. We upgraded to include breakfast which was good but no variety after 4 days. The oatmeal was cold and no way to toast any bread. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. As a bonus there is a free shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice.
