This hotel is really great. The location is close to lots of restaurants, bars, attractions etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities and amenities are all really good. My only critique is that if you’re on floor 23 and up, the elevators can be annoying, as you may have to scan your room key 3-4 times before the right elevator comes

Nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. However, I made it known to several staff we were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and nothing complimentary was given to help make it more special and memorable. Every hotel we've booked for our anniversaries give a complimentary bottle of wine and dessert. Certainly would have made it better to feel they cared for us to feel special at their hotel. A little disappointed there but the place was quiet and clean. Walkable in the day but certainly not at night.

Unfortunately our check-in experience did not live up to the Westin name. When pulling up to the awkward driveway at the front entrance, we were told that there were no luggage carts available (?). Then when we asked if we could have help with the bags the valet replied “if you pay me”(!). We then went into the empty lobby where 4 employees were at vacant check-in desks. After a minute we asked who could help us and the four began telling each other why they were too busy! Finally the trainer said she could (reluctantly). After a lengthy process we were handed the key card and I asked to confirm that this was for a king bed with sofa bed and bay view…she just stared blankly and then says “we don’t have any more of those available.” I told her well that’s what I have reserved and paid for. Finally a senior employee brushed her aside (the others had disappeared by now). She typed on the computer and quickly found us a king with bay view and says they would provide a rollaway since there was no sofa bed. We finally turned to hand carry our luggage away to see 4 other guests waiting to check in behind us now! I wanted to say “good luck” to them but was too tired by this point. After that the room was comfortable and things were generally fine. But that welcome was just terrible and not what we’ve come to expect when staying at a Westin.

Overall had a good stay, I got hotel through 3rd party website & had originally asked for 2 queen beds.. Got one full & one queen. Had to squeeze on the full one & woke up this morning bc we kept hearing everyone's doors slamming for check out im guessing. The doors aren't anti-slam... which you would think they would have here. The front desk staff was very uncaring, they gave the room i booked with a bayview to someone else, then told me they gave us a better room with a bayview & skyline view - the room has neither & i was not given reason or compensation.

Lady that checked me in when my room wasn’t ready was rude , encountered her again rude again when asking g for help . Price for Valet - service was bad took forever to get your car . 2 plugs for chargers didn’t wrk in room . Second floor restroom was filthy . I expected more from this hotel . Will not be retuning

Staff was rude! They didn’t give me full me information on the extra charges. Their social hour had gross warm white wine with terrible mushroom quesadillas. Our room wasn’t even cleaned properly as there was used soap left in the bath tub. They were always out of towels at the pool everyday and didn’t replace them fast enough!

This is the worst Westin hotel that I have ever stayed in. We had booked a room with two queen size beds, but we were given two full size beds. We were told that this was their mistake per the website, but this is/was standard for double beds in rooms. Furthermore,there was no baggage assistance for my family and 75 year old mother-in-law. In summary, other than the proximity to the beach, the hotel does not live up to the "Westin" name.

Don’t recall the shuttle driver’s name on the morning shift, but he provided excellent customer service. I do know that he’s been the shuttle driver for 20 years.

The staff here upon our arrival was not prepared for the 4th of July celebrations. I booked 2 rooms. 1 king and 1 doubles. Well apparently they over booked and didnt have any doubles room available the doubles beds was for the your adults. We arrived at 145pm to check in and they told us they would call us when rooms are ready. Around 340pm i call to ask if rooms are ready. They said yes 1 room is ready come get the key. Wow im already annoyed that both rooms are not ready. Then they said the room with doubles will be in the corner of hotel since they had to provide a roll away for the inconvenience since the doubles wasn't available due to them over booking. I dont why that is my issue but as a customer i had to eat that and move on. Then we're all trying to settle in 1 room with 4 people on 1 king bed. Webhead to see the pool around 445pm to run off more time until 2nd room becomes available. We had dinner reservations at 530 pm sonl by 730pm we can be near the port to watch the bay boom fireworks show. So had to cancel the reservations and due to the amount of people for July 4th celebrations, Nothing was available for reservations. All restaurants were booked. So at 5pm i decided to call for a Manager to speak to them and explain my situation. Terreal was on lunch. So around 510pm someone called me saying that the 2nd room with a roll away was ready. I got to the 14th floor to verify that roll away was set up. Walked in and nothing was provided. So now I'm livid. TBC
