It was terrific. Clean and quiet and walkable to Gaslamp and waterfront. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here, again.

A terrible experience. I was “upgraded” at check in. Great right? No. I got a view that I really didn’t use nor want - was put right next to the stairwell where the door slammed at all hours. At first I thought my neighbor was having a domestic dispute. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pillows were horrendous. And now it’s taken them nearly 2 months to figure out taxes on the “resort fee” weren’t charged. No email or warning - just a charge on my card. That was the straw. I was just gonna let the horrible experience go - the staff at the cafe and bar were very nice. But no - I’m at my end. I was unlikely to stay here in the future but they’ve sealed the deal.

Close to the pier and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the attractions and food also Bus and train. Nice sights aircraft carrier. Eat oysters. Ocean beach There is a very lively city-level event only on Wednesdays

Stayed here 2 nights prior to a cruise. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean and well located - only a few blocks to the port. Restaurant/bar has 4 TV sets to watch the games. Food is delicious. Bartender is friendly as is the wait staff. Shuttle drivers are kind and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to family and friends

I would not recommend this hotel. Their breakfast are so expensive and limited option in your buffet breakfast! No bread available and you have to wait for having bread!!! I don’t why!!!!! My eggs got cold and then they brought me some bread! Also the view is not real bay view !!! You can see a partial view if the bay!!! It’s totally different comparing the pic!!!
