"The airline "

"This is a nice property and in a very good location next to lots of great shopping and literally right next to Grand Central Station. Issues that I had: (1) When you come in on an evening flight you cannot get any room service - which was annoying since my room was not properly stocked with towels. (2) I called the next morning to get towels but by the last night after couple refreshes I had an issue with not enough towels because they took the ones I was using - but it was too late to call them to ask for more."

"The front desk was so rude! Not clean and not well taken care of from the elevators breaking to a random microwave in the hallway. Security also is not safe, nothing preventing someone going to the floors. I was not impressed and would not recommend."

"The property was nice and clean. A few little problems, which I guess can't really be changed the bathroom is really small, thight shower. There's no parking on site. There's one close by, but it cost $60+ per day, so don't bring a car with you. The staffs were really nice and friendly. Didn't make it to breakfast, so can't say anything about that. "

"This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great."

"The hotel is small and dated but great location. Bed was quite stiff. The biggest issue might be the lack of staff. This is a semi virtual hotel and it shows. I was not sent any check-in information before my stay and luckily there was someone on site to re-issue it. (I actually received the check in information a full week after my stay had already ended!). The other concern was that I requested a late check out via text message and received confirmation that was OK. However when I went back to my room to get my belongings and leave, the door code had locked me out leaving me scrambling to get to the airport. There was no one on site and no one responded to my text messages or phone calls for almost 2 hours. I was finally able to find a member of the cleaning staff to let me into my room to retrieve my bags. When I did finally hear back from the hotel it was a Curt message about how checkout time was 11 AM. When I shared the screenshots of my approval to check out later, nothing was said. "
