We had a wonderful stay at the Moxy East Village! Staff was courteous, room was SO comfy and the large windows made the room feel bigger.The shower pressure and temp was great and the thermostat in the room was easy to adjust! We also enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs.Would definitely recommend!!

Wow, was that room small! But well organized and efficient, nonetheless. The dark hallways and gathering areas were moody and disappointing. Staff were extremely gracious, welcoming, and helpful. Kudos to front desk personnel, bar keep, and cleaning crew!

This is my new favorite hotel in lower Manhattan. Tgey have multiple bars and an incredible restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was only a pastry counter and coffee but you are in lower Manhattan and there is no shortage of breakfast options

Room was a bit tiny but functional. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. The cafe downstairs was delicious and water pressure in the showers was worth every penny !! Definitely will stay here again.

Our go to hotel for visiting family that lives in the neighborhood. Kept up rooms (been staying here since 2021(?)) and great location. Good coffee and pastries for the morning. Comfortable beds.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Walking distance to amenities. We really enjoyed the coffee lounge and how spacious it was. There definitely could be some maintenance checks in the rooms though. It was a cold spell while we were there and the rooms were VERY cold despite turning up the thermostat to the max. The person sleeping closer to the window required an extra blanket. They were generally fast with requests - blanket and pillow brought up quickly. I did ask for our bed sheets to be changed by housekeeping however they never did so. Otherwise, overall a good place to stay.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the cafe. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Beware the shower floor is slippery but otherwise a wonderful hotel.

really excellent service, On the other hand we were placed in a tiny room that did not look anything like the pictures on the booking website. @ $900/night average on 4 nights this is way overpriced. The restaurant is mediocre compared to the quality restaurants in the neighborhood. The ambiance and the top floor bar are beautiful. If you are young and like clubbing you will probably enjoy this hotel.
