"The Kimberly is a 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful & professional. They will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The roof top restaurant food & the room service food is good. "Safe convenient and quiet. It worked out well for our family. The bed and sheets were sketchy and they didn’t clean the rooms when they said they would. Bed was kinda shady and the pillows were foul."

"We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and it was resolved quickly. Our room did have some stains in the carpet but otherwise clean, large and comfortable. Excellent location. Loved our stay and would stay again. "

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"The room’s temperature is not well regulated. When outside temperatures drop, the automatic heating triggered inside the room makes it very stuffy. We have discussed it at length with staff and it serms that they cannot do anything about it. This defect may affect our future planned stay at The Benjamin."
