The staff, service, ambiance and quality of food was amazing.
Highly recommend this hotel!! From the minute I stepped onto the property I was approached with a warm smile from staff eager to make my stay pleasurable and they succeeded!!
Fantastic amenities including restaurants on premises that are delicious!!
Would highly recommend!!
This is the absolute best hotel in NYC. The kindest staff, the most beautiful amenities, and located rt in the heart of Tribeca. My only regret comes on the day I’m forced to checkout. I wish I could live at this hotel- it’s that perfect.
I would highly recommend staying here!!! Upon arrival I was greeted with the utmost respect & fantastic staff could not help me more from beginning of my stay to the end!! I even added extra time without any hitch. It was seamless from beginning to end.. I am already looking into my next booking to stay here next month!!
Thank you Fouquet for a wonderful stay!!!
Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days.
Been there in July with my teenage daughter. We both LOVED our stay! The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. It was very quiet, which is very important for me. The hotel is elegant, the decor is beautiful and shows really good taste. The staff is discreet and friendly and met all of our expectations. Location was great, quiet and safe, but still close to everything we wanted to do in Tribeca and the Village. I am very very picky and would rarely give a 10 for any place I stay, but the Fouquet was just perfect. It wasnt cheap, but was worth every penny.

Definitely NOT 5 star quality. But the staff were generally nice and some even tried to be helpful. They just didn't know much about the property or the surrounding area. Some were kind of rude but that was the exception. The concierge was sometimes available, sometimes with a client tor 3 hours with no one else to help. Don’t ask the concierge to help book anything, it just adds another frustrating step- book everything yourself. The food was just ok. For the price it wasn't worth it, but we had a nice time. The hotel itself was beautiful and small which is nice.
Beautiful hotel. The rooms were quite large by NYC standards, and the staff was very friendly. The spa experience was fantastic (despite the spa itself having a dated feel with minimal space in the relaxation room).
My issue is that I am not sure about the value for the cost. Given how expensive the hotel is, I would have expected unparalleled service. Unfortunately we had incomplete housekeeping one day and no turndown one night. And although small things, for the price, these should not have been misses. Lastly, there was an issue during check out and I never received my invoice (either via a paper copy or an email).

For the price , room was just okay at best.
“City view” was looking at street and another building.
Service was poor .
Came at 2 pm to check in and understandably they said needed to 3 pm the “check in time”.
Came back after 3 pm and told they had busy night and the room was not ready .
Did not get to room until after 5 pm.
Called room service at 9 pm and took over 15 minutes to bring fork and knife.
The room itself was fine . Pretty, clean with comfortable bed.
In the lobby that had to wait for 2 hours the smell of perfume was overwhelming and was crowded.
This was my first time to this hotel , I will say for this price far better and many options for a great hotel in NYC, and I come offer will work to avoid this place again.
Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

I was pretty surprised how quickly this place has gone downhill in just the last 12-18 months given it’s still a relatively new property.
