"The staff, location, and comfort were amazing! Very nice helpful people. I went to the gym multiple times for about 30 minutes and each time an employee came in to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. I really liked being able to watch what was happening in times square from the room and we were central and within walking distance go nearly everything.
