Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel

It’s not often that I give reviews on the numerous hotels I stay in/have stayed in but I was compelled to write one for this amazing, wonder and fabulous hotel that ticked all the boxes. My wife and I stayed at The Park Terrace Hotel for three nights this weekend just gone. I can honestly say that this is one of the most friendly, pleasant, clean and convenient hotels I have stayed in. Very impressed with our comfortable room which was exactly as described. Comfortable bed which is a must after a hard day's sightseeing and shopping and the room and bathroom were spotless The hotel was very close to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway and major department stores and attractions. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Overall a great stay, can't wait to come back and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

If I wrote about just how good this hotel is I'd need a lot more characters and you'd think they were paying me. I've stayed in many hotels, a considerable number having more stars than the Luma, but never have I experienced somewhere I cannot fault in any respect. The room was equipped with absolutely everything you could need (8 power sockets and 16 usb ports, 4 of each on both sides of the bed?!) it was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and there was a turndown service...

The hotel itself is clean and centrally located for NYC tourism in Times Sq. the staff are great, breakfast included was a good start to each day and the price we got through Expedia was a bargain. Be warned that there is a migrant shelter directly opposite the hotel which can be intimidating as large groups hang around outside - the hotel have a regular security guard and the NYPD are outside the shelter all the time.
