Overall I’m very happy with my stay at the Arlo NoMad. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location was perfect for my stay with easy access to restaurants and attractions. This hotel was a home run from the get-go. I pulled right in and the valet took my car, and then the wonderful woman at the front desk gave me an upgraded room which had a beautiful city view. I was able to check in early with no charge and my room was great. I met my daughter for brunch in the Nomad Diner and the service was great and the food delicious. I highly recommend staying here! We easily walked everywhere.

Room was indeed spotless and everyone was great especially Brianna at front desk. Would have liked to be able to get a good coffee at the little coffee shop downstairs but there was no attendant the second day and the complementary coffee was not so good. Loved the beautiful reception area shelving with plants that look so real !!!
