This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing at every level of customer contact. They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch.

Very friendly, smiley welcome out front from Javier - not to mention great help pulling up in front of the hotel so i could valet (he stopped traffic!) - and a warm welcome from Victor at the front desk. Every time we travel to NYC we stay here. Staff and location are perfect. Everything is walkable and safe. Lobby bar is a hoot and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms are a good size, clean and upscale.
