"The property was close, walking distance, to a majority points of interest such like Time Square, 5th st to the ST Patrick's Church and mostly close to the Metro trains. Great restaurants on 9th street, too. Catch the Metro train, N, Q, D, F to Conney Island. The building is a bit worn out and feels tire. However the beds were awesome after walking 10 miles a day. If you are large, the shower stall is very small even for me a 200lb person. Rooms are small, but it was secure. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast can definitely be improved with better sausage and less water in the eggs. A larger room would be better. Room air conditioner and heating worked perfect. Only 2 elevators are always packed during breakfast hours (6-10AM) and takes about 15 minutes to catch one enough for 2 people. It is a 32 floor Hotel."

"Spared every expense. What appears to be a very efficient use of space in a great location turns out to be a dirty and exceptionally loud overnight stay. Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed. Worse, every time someone left their hotel room you hear a reverberating CRASH in your room. Wouldn't be bad if this was a hotel targeting business travel, but with half the people i met at 10pm holding handles of liquor on a Sunday night this annoyance continued well into the night. Will not be returning to this chain. "

"The place is an absolute joke for what I had to pay for it. Ice machines didn’t work. I had to go up and down floors looking for one that did there’s only two elevators that serviced the place and it has like 30 floors. Would never stay here again."

"Upon booking this hotel stated " parking available " however when checking in I was told parking is at independent parking lot 5 NYC blocks away which will be discounted however the receptionist didnt know what the discount was. When I drove to the lot on 50th st the road was closed due to road paving I then had to park at a lot 1 block away for 75 dollars.Upon checking out I informed the manager Pedro of the parking issue and asked him if i could be discounted something for the misleading parking situation and the high fee paid due to the closure of the lot due to paving. His answer was an emphatic NO stating they arent responsible for the lot they directed me to. In addition i was given a handicapped room on floor 7 facing to back of building terrible view and the breakfast was cold at 7am in the morning. I will never return or recommend this hotel"
