Diane and Dorothy were extremely helpful. Even text the night before our stay letting us know they mapped out the bus schedule for us. Convenient and very cool place to stay.
I love the location . I was hoping for light breakfast such fruit or muffins or yogurt!!! Tea and coffee has been served .
The access code is very unique No keys needed I didnt like the fliight of steps going up.welli guess it was located on second floor so no way of getting in

The property is beautiful inside and out the staff great thank you
The host was very acomdating, a brownstone in a nice neighborhood in Brooklyn. Facilities were clean and you cant beat the price. Parking is on the street so if u arrive late u may be parking a block or 2 away.
The host was amazing and it had everything we needed for me and my family. I will definitely recommend to anybody.
Free breakfast, BUT not on WEs. No provision for making our own coffee. No microwave. Refrig full of food, BUT unclear if OK to eat. No response from host if OK to eat food in frig. Use of stove off limits. OK to invite friends over to visit BUT can't use second floor sitting room (no obvious reason). ...
This was a great deal for our stay in New York, very easy to get to the ferry terminal by bus.
Great area and close to the Staten Island Ferry great communication and amazing service!
Besides being confronted with the barking dogs, to be dropped off in front of someone's home was just too much for me. The room didn't even have a working TV, and the "no company" rule for a 35 yr. old is just ridiculous.
Not the best neighberhood. The kitchen is very dirty. The building is in bad shape. The room was clean and also the bathroom
