We stayed as a family (including a child under 10 and infant). The lobby was definitely lively weekend evenings, but not at all a concern. Street noise was also not a concern (stayed on the 32nd floor). Great proximity to TSQ. Would stay there again!

Hotel is very conveniently located. Elevators are quick. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The room is small, but decent for what we needed. The lighting in the rooms is terrible though. They really need to upgrade this. And the left side of the room outlets were not working so that made it hard to charge up all electronics every night. But overall would stay there again.

This was our third time staying here for our girls’ trip, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! We absolutely love the location—it’s convenient and perfect for everything we want to do during our stay. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we need anything. One thing we especially appreciate is how safe and secure we feel here. Having a concierge at street level, along with requiring a room key to access the elevators, gives us an extra sense of security. We’ve enjoyed each of our stays and will definitely continue choosing this hotel for our girls’ trips!

Nice accessible restaurants and deli’s near by. Well located. Nicely located rooftop bar and restaurant. Safe in the room did not work and we reported it but was never fixed to our knowledge. Room temperature hard to control. We would very likely stay here again depending upon what kind of trip we were interested in.
