This review will sound harsh - Pretty disappointed with this hotel given the price. Needs a significant update, painting, cleaning - our rooms aircon was noisy and dirty, no window to be opened or view from it. No food options, not even breakfast, no bar - basically it was an expensive place to simply sleep. Staff were super helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough to help - just let down by extremely tired premises in need of upgrading.

From beginning to end, our stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend Club quarters to anyone who want to spend some time in New York City. We were walking distance to the main attractions and subway stations. The suite where we stayed was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the complementary water on our floor and the free upgrade.

The hotel is fine. It’s a decent place to stay at. The rooms were nice but tiny and the bathrooms also very tiny. There was a cockroach in the hotel hallway which freaked me out. But they do have nice essential amenities like drinking water refill and the location is good. Overall it is a decent place to stay at.

Great location, close to Times Square but not right in the midst of the chaos. Room was "NY small" but comfortable and very quiet. Loved the "water bar" off the lobby with comfy chairs and sparkling water on tap...also the "watering stations" on every other floor for fill-your-own bottles. Classic and delicious NY pizza place right across the street.

The location is perfect, the staff are great… 10/10. But, I had a problem, I got a bedroom for three and they gave me a bedroom for two, sent me a thing as third bed, I cannot call that as bad, hard to sleep on that thing, by the way, I choose the bedroom by picture and I saw real beds.

Club Quaters was perfect for our annual trip to NYC and Broadway shows. It is well located in the theater district. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The price was right, considering its location. And the people at the front desk were exceptional! A shout out to the two ladies, one from Jamaica the other from St Vincent. And a shout out to the two men, Ricardo and Xavier. These four employees made our day; so friendly and so helpful. We plan to stay at this hotel from now on. Sue Devries
