So, I want to start off by saying this hotel was gorgeous on the inside. My room was clean, had a gorgeous view at night and the bed was comfortable. Huge TV, which you can Chromecast off and use your netflix account. The staff was kind. There is a parking garage VERY close by if you need to leave your car on your trip. I want to add though, that there is a $300 security deposit and resort fees. I was aware of the resort fees, but have never experienced such a high security deposit in my life. I just want future travelers to be aware of this.

Beautiful hotel!! Everything was so clean, staff was always smiling and greeted you everytime you left or enterted the building. The details were amazing and small touches were all perfect. Truly loved the overall experience and will be back!

There was one elevator that only runs between the 8th and top floor but it will stop on the 8th floor for those going down even though it doesn't go down from the 8th floor. There are no markings in the elevator area indicating the elevator only goes between the 8th and top floors.

Loved the tropical style! Beautiful place, clean, the staff was welcoming and so kind 😊 We had a wonderful stay! The food options were great and delicious! The view of the city was beautiful and so many activities, gift shops, and other dining options are walking distance! Margaritaville is the perfect place to stay, when you come to NYC!

My only complaint is, they don't give you enough towels and wash cloths to last more than one night. So the next morning we had nothing and had to ask.

Loved the location, times square is literally a block or so away, subway entrance across the street, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean with super friendly and incredibly helpful staff. We will definitely stay there again!
