Great location and so close to Times Square and subway transport options to attend to all tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Only annoying thing is the lifts can take a bit of time.

The hotel has a very clean, rooms are small, staff was great. Pool was small. More places to hang towels in the bathroom are needed, amount and size of towels was great.

We stay here a couple times a year because it's convenient to many areas, close to Lincoln Tunnel for easy departure back home, not to mention super nice team members, good food and clean well appointed rooms!! LOVE IT HERE!!

Unique hotel convenient to theaters, restaurants and Times Square. Rooms are small but have all the essentials. Staff were super friendly. Outdoor pool was very nice with bar serving frozen margaritas. Rooftop bar provides signature cocktails and great views of the city.

Nice place. But needs a new coat of paint especially in the bathrooms. AC is dusty. Location is noisy. Also they need some extra elevators as it gets prety busy on the weekend as many people from outside try to access the lounge.

The room and entire place was lovely, clean, and new. The view from the room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The elevators took forever, regardless of whether i was going up or down or time of day. It was a little ridiculous. I'd wait 10 mins only for the elevator to be too packed for me to get on. Also, the pool was too small and crowded to use, which was a huge disappointment as that was the entire reason i stayed there. Overall a really great hotel but likely not worth the money for what i needed.

We stayed specifically because of the rooftop pool. It’s small, but lovely. When I called to make a reservation, I was advised that the pool was specifically for hotel guests. When I told the Hotel agent that I heard they rent out chairs through resort pass he said “oh yes, I believe we just started doing that, which was a lie. They have been doing it since the summer prior. . Unless you get to the pool very early on a hot day, you are not guaranteed a lounge chair or a seat. hotel guests do not get preference at the pool. In addition , there was an employee “reserving” seats for the pretty young girls, but when I asked, to reserve our chairs for the next day, he said he would but then did not. The pool was clean , but cloudy . Once they figured out the wait staff, the service was excellent.. nice menu and good drinks. There was one waiter our first day who was nasty because he was the only weight staff for the inside restaurant and there was no one for the pool area. He made some nasty comments and then walked away in the middle of a conversation, leaving us dumbfounded. All we asked, was how do we get drinks at the pool? Our room was small, but quaint. We really loved the decor. It was clean and truly made us feel as though we were on an island somewhere.
