"Felt a little extra pressure to buy in to the timeshare the first couple of days. Food was great and staff overall excellent!!! Room was spacious and clean. Great view!"

"I’m very disappointed in this resort!!! Staff is very rude and disrespectful, no help at all, very unprofessional since the moment I arrived. The food was horrible, all the restaurants share the same food, there were bugs on the food, drinks where also very flavorless servers were stingy with the food. It is not all inclusive. More than half the restaurants/bars charged extra. I was looking forward to the club they had in the resort, only to find out it was closed, the faucet in my room only had hot water, there were roaches and spiders the sliding curtains were broken in my room. When I exchanged my beach towels the staff was impolite. I was told over the phone before arriving that I could check in early, and when I arrived they did not let me, so I had to wait around for 5 hours with my 3 infants, they were tired hungry and hot. Mazatlan had way better service than this place!! Stay away from this place!!! "

"We stayed on the Coral Level and had a beautiful view of the pool and all of the activities that took place on the Coral side. The main resort was nice but we couldn't be happier that we upgraded to the coral level. Far more relaxed and adult centered. Food and Drink were fantastic and the staff were great. Would certainly consider visiting again. "

"This was my second stay at the Hilton Mar Caribe Bay. and the service was excellent. This time the resort appeared much more crowded, and unfortunately the difference showed in the overall experience. Cleanliness around the property was inconsistent, with dishes and trash sometimes left unattended. My room was also not cleaned during the day until I requested it after returning around 3 PM. I paid for an Enclave expecting access to the Chala Lounge and the added privacy and services that come with that upgrade. However, the lounge was frequently closed for private events, which limited access during most of my five-day stay. Because of that, the Enclave upgrade did not provide the benefits I expected. That said, I do want to recognize a few outstanding staff members who made a positive impression: Reyes and Johanna near the pool, and Carlos in the Chala Lounge when it finally reopened toward the end of the trip. Their service was excellent. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the ocean views are wonderful, but during this stay the value of the upgraded room did not match the experience."

"Stayed for SB with a group of 5. One of the things I usually look forward to most when visiting Mexico is the hospitality, but here it was very inconsistent. Some staff members were kind and welcoming, while others were incredibly rude. The condition of the resort also needs serious attention. Our fridge didn’t work, the balcony door wouldn’t close which made the room hot and uncomfortable, and the shower door didn’t close properly. There were also only two outlets in the entire room, which is very inconvenient for multiple guests. Several amenities that were advertised were either broken or unavailable. The zipline didn’t work during our stay. The snack bar that was supposed to be restocked daily never existed. The beach bar had no one working there, so it was closed the entire time. Dining was another major issue. Only one restaurant was open for lunch most days. The buffet and restaurants sometimes didn't open on time and the options are more limited than it seems Basic resort operations also seemed poorly managed. Towels at the pool run out by around 10 AM, which is something basic. At breakfast, they also ran out of plates and cups multiple times.One of the elevators was out of service our entire stay. The resort itself feels very run down, and it’s clear that management has a lot of work to do to improve both the facilities and the guest experience. The resort did not live anywhere near the expectations. I would write 10x more if they didn't cap me on characters"

"We were very disappointed. We thought it was all inclusive. That was our filter search. When we arrived they wanted $2000 for all inclusive. If we knew this would not have booked hotel. It was definitely not what we were expecting. "
