"First of all I was upset when I got to the Hotel and I was told that I was only intitle to one up grade not two like I had in the pass ( if availed ) Many times and their concierge barabare was very rude and when others who have seen us there many times before ( employees) tryed to tell her to shut up she got even ruber. then I was charge 60 dollars for two rooms for the property sewer stuff when i though the total was only 50.00 something and I try to tell her that she got really mad at me. "
"This was our 3rd time staying even though we aren’t members. We love the friendliness of the staff and the beach. The resort is a perfect size for us and has everything we need. The variety of food at the restaurants is delicious and we enjoy getting pampered at the spa. "

The check-in and check-out process was easy and straight forward. Rooms were comfortable, clean, good bedding, and stocked with all necessities. Pleasant views throughout the property. Nice pools, awesome lobby bar (look for Cesar the Mixologist at the specialty cocktails bar), beautiful beach, very good food quality at buffet and all various restaurants. Enjoyed a wonderful couples massage. Definitely worth the trip and cost for this all-inclusive. Bring extra cash for tips if you feel compelled and be kind to all the hard-working staff."
