"Clean room but the washroom handle in our room are broken we cant close it but doesnt bother us cause were couple staff are friendly just the food not too good though or just my palate "

"Great vibe , i went for my birthday with my wife and it was a great time ! Different variety of foods and the drinks were good. The parties on site were great and I usually don’t dance but the vibe called for it. Very helpful guest and great couple massages. I would go again 10/10 recommend. "

"Unfortunately this wasn’t the best resort or experience. The food wasn’t very good. Especially the buffets, we had a hard time finding something to eat. And the Mexican/taco restaurant wasn’t good at all which was disappointing. My travel companion got sick, we aren’t sure if it was food or the water but be aware! The bars don’t open till 10, and some later than that so it was difficult to find a drink. You can only get water bottles from lobby bar, which no one would be at. Then at night, restaurants are closed and there’s no late night snacks/food/bar available. I believe your only option is room service which is an additional cost. The staff isn’t super helpful or accommodating in any way. We got locked out of our room for hours because the key card reader needed a new battery. This should have been fixed immediately but it wasn’t. We also were not comped in any way. There are not many bathrooms around the resort and they are very small. Wish it was better in many ways. Sadly to say we were displeased."

"Would give this 5 starts but had to do 4 due to being placed in a room that was out dated, inoperable AC m, dirty throw pillows, dirty chair, etc. hotel lobby staff upgraded the room to an ocean front the same day. Staff was accommodating, food was surprisingly good as well as drinks. No complaints other than the first room."

"Second visit to resort. We visited the third week after reopening. We had a great trip. We used the gym, did several of the sports and cultural activities and some of the evening activities/shows. We appreciated having them available to us. The gym is excellent. We also loved the Bali beds, the coushined chaise lounges, the remodeled rooms and the 24 hour ice cream and coffee. I’d definitely come back!"
