It was clean and comfortable. Little things were needing repair such as the bathroom door locks in the pool area and you have to be careful of raised lip entrances, so as not to fall. The infinity pool and adjoining private beach was nice. The little on site convenience store was excellent with reasonable prices. It had everything you needed.

The building is quite nice except that it needs some upgrades. The bathroom, mirror, door and furnitures. The view is stunning. I love the over looking view of the ocean and pool. The restaurant is also amazing. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I also want to emphasize the cleaning. The housekeeping should be cleaning the rooms regularly. I should not be asking them to come take the garbage and clean the room. Also, fresh clean towela should be provided every day!

The room was clean. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and pool. House keeping was prompt. The facility is secure. There is a restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. It is on the bus route so you have affordable access to all of Cancun. There are several other restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and inviting. Amazing view pool/ocean side, clean beaches and pools. The *only* thing that wasn’t great was how we could hear the guests next door (thin walls or no insulation). But other than that our stay was pretty good.
