"Overall it was a Very Good Experience. Food and staff are excellent!!! Entertainment was a little disappointing. Room was super clean, the views at this hotel are gorgeous…. Is a modern property with everything conveniently located for easy and fast access."

"I have visited this location twice. The staff are exceptional. Roberto that works on the vantage side made our trip amazing, he was a waiter/server. The hotel was for the most part clean. Vantage premium drinks/food upstairs taste better than the drinks and food in the regular are. The only part I did not like is on the Expedia app it says you receive $200 resort credit. You do but you have to go through a time share presentation and get hounded. I’d rather it say that so I don’t have to tell them no once we figure out it’s a timeshare. We did get 3 free massages between us as guest but we would’ve passed if we knew it was a timeshare. The associate was nice until he knew we wouldn’t buy one. Who wants to go through that?"

"High quality food in restaurants but the building is old and sometimes public areas is not clean . Room service was good stuff was helpful. Good for families but I don’t suggest it to couples who are looking for quiet place and it is not a luxury place. Good for the price "

"Amazing experience. The only bad thing was that the breakfast in bed we got for booking through Expedia, had meat when we specifically said no meat. Other than that, A+"

"The food at the restaurant was expensive and not really good. Service was ok. The pool bar person was not very nice. Many restrictions with times. The concierge was just interested in selling the time share. "

"You can tell that the property was nice at one time, but over the years it has become a little run down. In my room there were pieces of plaster falling off the wall, the shower was old and dirty, air coming through the patio door. Everything in my room was painted white, but you could tell that only half the wall had been recently painted while the other half needed to be painted. The same for the dresser that was in the room. The mini-freg looked like is was about 20 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. The staff was great. After spending 5 days in Cancun and viewing all of the other hotels available, The Cyan is probably in the worst condition of them all."

"A good stay for 4-5 days, but resort was a little small for a week stay. Bathrooms near pool weren’t the nicest. But for an affordable stay we enjoyed ourselves! "
