"First of all I was upset when I got to the Hotel and I was told that I was only intitle to one up grade not two like I had in the pass ( if availed ) Many times and their concierge barabare was very rude and when others who have seen us there many times before ( employees) tryed to tell her to shut up she got even ruber. then I was charge 60 dollars for two rooms for the property sewer stuff when i though the total was only 50.00 something and I try to tell her that she got really mad at me. "

Nice pools, awesome lobby bar (look for Cesar the Mixologist at the specialty cocktails bar), beautiful beach, very good food quality at buffet and all various restaurants. Enjoyed a wonderful couples massage. Definitely worth the trip and cost for this all-inclusive. Bring extra cash for tips if you feel compelled and be kind to all the hard-working staff."
