This place was great. Perfect for a lazy relaxing vacation (on the adults only side) Shout out to pool server Luis...he was the best! We loved the random daily activities (wine and paint, pottery, macrame, mixology class & dance classes). One day there was a pool party complete with mermaids! The spa was ok, the hydrotherapy part could have been better, but i still felt relaxed. Not sure why people are complaining about the food...it was good. It wasn't the Fairmount quality but it also wasn't bad. Drinks were good and strong. You do need to make dinner reservations, but they have a whole desk dedicated to this, so that was helpful. The staff all speak English and were very helpful/friendly. Overall we would stay here again.

I loved this resort! We originally had a boutique hotel booked in Tulum but switched to this resort. It is located in the middle of Playa del Carmen, which is rare for a large, all inclusive resort. Perfectly situated 30-45 minutes from the Cancun airport and 5 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen. The resort itself was stunning! Beautiful, and very large. Several pools, restaurants, a Nespresso coffee bar, shopping area, and a stunning beach area. The resort is entirely mirrored for adults only. So basically, it is 2 hotels in one! The buffets were lovely, so fresh and probably the best all inclusive food I have had anywhere! Family friendly resort with many kids activities but also, the privacy for adults only! Essentially, you have access to 2 resorts in 1!

Overall Great place, loved the food and amenities. The staff was wonderful ! Restaurant reservations were on the very late side and you could not make more then three reservations. Transport to the airport arranged from the hotel was a ripe off

This place was great for kids! It was really hard to get into other restaurants onsite without a reservation. That is something worth doing before your arrival. We had such a great time and the staff was wonderful!

The property was beautiful, clean and staff was friendly. However, food quality could use some serious improvement. The only restaurant we enjoyed was the Blue Agave. Also drinks had little to no alcohol, were very watered down. I would rate 3.5 out of 5 stars.
