"We had a great overnight stay at The Kinson. Our room (studio with balcony) was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and block-out curtains. The location was great, super close to public transport with trams into the city coming very frequently down St Kilda road. The only feedback for improvement is better lighting in the room which was very dim, especially as our balcony faced another building. "

"This property is fantastically located at the Paris end of Collins, in close proximity to the theatre precinct. The apartment was clean and well sized and perfect for our short stay. The reception hours and options for discounted parking were ideal for us. We will be visiting there again. "

"Hotel was really good although the views were poor. Very industrial/commercial style bathroom with lots of stainless steel and spacious. Would have been good to have a window to open to allow ventilation and regulate heat/cold. All up a very chic place and worthwhile to stay as clise to everything."
