Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well. As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room..."

    "We stayed here for the location, the room having a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel is needing some renovation, the shower was in the bath and water went everywhere, the soap dispensers were empty in the shower and it seemed they did not have replacements. Having said that the room was a good size, looked out on the river towards Crown. It had parking which we needed. It’s also a little noisy from the trams and trains running in the road where the room looked out on."
