Might want to consider another hotel if arriving late. Not a great area late at night. Front door sensor turned off after hours (no notice on door telling you this). After tapping for a while and nothing happened, I found the intercom and a very unhappy receptionist (apparently tapping on door is aggressive and requires security to attend!). After some further miscommunication I got to checkin. The whole process is poorly thought through and was overlaid with technical glitches and poor training.

Room was great but breakfast was terrible. There was limited tables, people were waiting too long for a table, we had to ask for a free table to be cleaned and door was scarce. Food was not readily available, waited awhile for it to be restocked and we had to ask for glasses to be restocked as well as there was none available for water, juices etc. no fruit choices either
