The hotel's location is very convenient, especially with a free tram right in front of the hotel. Plenty of eating options surrounding at walking distance. Rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked with the necessities, all amenities were good, and service very welcoming and professional. I will likely stay here again.

Great location in the city and easy to walk most places, tram stop right outside. Room was a little bit tired. Cleanliness wasnt great, mould in the shower and around shower area. The surfaces in the kicthenette had visbile dirt and smears on wall upon check in.

Our 4th time back and our go-to hotel in Melbourne. So convenient for those travelling by public transport ( Skybus and trams) Walk to dinner, jazz club, theatres. Trams to anywhere else. After a hectic day, the room was so quiet and the bed uber comfortable.

We had to step over our flooded bathroom, to go to the toilet, we tried to.mop it up with towel, but the shower itself kept flooding due to fall of tiles towards the drain. Lime most peopme we didnt complain at the time just left. We have stayed here at least10 times and i knkw think its time.for a change.... Not happy citidines

A regular stayer here, location is the best. Good dining options and close to shopping, MCG restuarants. They have good parking options when we drive the car but this time the taxi from the airport was quick and super easy. Taxi was around $66 as a guide. Made use of the pool after a morning run and found it nice and warm during cooler months. Being indoors with lots of natural light is very relaxing.

Third trip. Will be back for a fourth!
Third stay here and hope for more in the future! No major complaints, but it would be nice to have softer pillows :) But even without that, I'd strongly recommend this hotel. Close to a tram stop and easy to access other parts of the city from. It is also in the Paris end of the CBD, which is a lot nicer than the part closer to Southern Cross Station
