The location was pretty good, but I was really disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bedsheet, sofa and on the carpet both in the room and living room.

The email you get first is not clear . Went to paragon then had to get another taxi 30 dollars more but once we got to tight address lovely.

The give us the wrong rooom, we booked a city view room, they give us a park view and upon insisting , they said you can leave but we won’t refund you. Worst customer service

Hotel in a good location
The hotel is in a very good location. The view from the apartment was great and the bed comfortable and the bathroom, although small had a very good shower. Our main disappointment was that for our 7 night stay our apartment was not serviced at all and had no reception desk. Also we were not allowed access to the pool or gym. The bedrooms were very small and only had room for 1 side table and reading light and we thought the lounge should be replaced.

The property has a great central location to Southbank and the city. I had issues checking in as the communication from the property on how to check in and who to contact wasn't clear. The room was a good comfortable size but it wasn't cleaned very well. The wifi was intermittent so I ended up using my own which wasn't ideal. I would hesitate to stay again just because check-in was difficult even though the person who looked after us, in the end, was amazing.

Do not recommend if you need a car park.
Communiication was not good at all. I contact them to validate my carparking ticket. Which i had to park at wilsons parking bit of a walk. Parking $25 each time you take out your car. They couldnt connect me to know one to validate my carpark ticket. I checked out that night about 9pm, because i didnt want to pay $100 next day. Not good service at all.
