The room was really nice and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom is outdated and really small for 2 people. Our room was located across the street from the main building so it was really inconvenient to walk all the way across to access the rooftop pool and bar, It discouraged us to use any of these amenities.

Fantastic location, rooms and facility very dated and in desperate need for an update. Room reasonably clean but really needed to be aired out. Toilet made loud noises all night. One lift was out of order during out stay so wait times for getting in and out were long. Amenities good but again need to be refreshed.

The hotel is quiet outdated, the pictures I saw on Expedia as the hotel adversising show a much modern, nice and lots or sun light room, but in reality the whole hotel is dark, with dark furniture and not so appealing.

Fantastic service from the concierge, Nathan. The hotel, however, is looking rather out of date and dreary. Only one lift was working. The spa bath in the bathroom did not work.
