It's not super fancy but given you're going to spend most of you time out and about and only come back to shower and sleep, it's more than sufficient. Room and facilities were good and the location is ludicrously convenient. We were provided with very clear instructions for late check in, and the check out process was easy as well. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook.

Good location however we rang 2 weeks before booking to book a late check out and early check in which was approved. however when we got there we were denied both those things which was very stressful for our day plan. staff at front desk was very nice though just extreme lack of communication.

Better ventilator because when I check in, there's a smell of cooked food inside the apartment

Good location. Close to all the shops / transport
The room is a bit dated, but clean and does the job. Bed was ok. Large bathroom. The room had a spa bath which I didn't use. The shower was over the spa and very hard to get in and out of. If you have mobility issues I suggest asking for a room that doesn't have the spa. I struggled myself to get in and out and I don't normally have any problems. I did have some issues checking in. I wasn't aware they closed the reception after 6pm. Apparently they send messages to people informing them of this (and how to access the keys after hours) but this was not communicated to me. There was an after hours number, but that message tells you to call a different number. How you are meant to do that when you are already on the phone is a bit ridiculous. the correct number should be on the door. However, once I did get through to the right person, I was instructed on how to get my key so all ok in the end. Location was good and easy to walk to everything. I would happily stay here again if the price was right at the time.
