Great location very near Flinders Street Station. Close to the centre of Melbourne. Lovely staff. Early check 8n was available and we had an offer to store our bags when we left. Loved the Welcome cookies.

The room was too small. I was disappointed by Expedia to discover that prices it showed were in US$ in Australia! Very Lame It was my first and last experience with Expedia. Hotel retained 50$ and does not credit our card until 5 business days.

Very nice hotel however the walls are really thin and we could hear the people above and to the side of us talking all night, when a baby cried and when someone used a hairdryer and had a shower. So we didn’t get much sleep which was disappointing as it’s a lovely hotel with a great breakfast they just need better sound proofing so guest cannot hear each other.
