Everything was great staying here as always. 1 small minor was the plates washed and kept in cupboard were dirty and were not checked. I had to request for soap to wash them again. Otherwise everything was great.

The room was super, a nice size and a great location. But doubt it had been vacuumed in a while, hair didn't belonging to us and certainly not vacuumed while we were there. No towels one day and having booked a room for three had to keep asking for third towel, glass, tea cup etc. And the buffet although decent had a lot of fruit that might not have made another day. And was that bacon cooked? Stayed away from that. I thought for a Pan Pacific it was a decent price but the experience lacked.

The staff were a delight to be welcomed by and talk to at front counter, in the lift and through the building. The room for the rate was understandably NY prices, although the room seemed in need of updating, cleaning was mediocre in the bathroom and on the floor of the bathroom, very old shower set up just needing a face lift.

Would stay in this hotel again. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, the staff were accommodating and friendly.
