Check out is 10am, we had housekeeping come into our room at 8am and then again at 8.30am, they should not be coming into rooms until 10am, unless they know you have checked out. One of the higher cupboards in the kitchen had a half eaten chocolate bar left there surrounded by mouse droppings. On a positive note, check in with the lovely lady at reception was great, she was friendly and professional.

Apartment was really good and clean as well. Only problems were no kitchenware (pots etc), we thought there would be. And also the room didn’t have any a/c and heated up way too much

Conveniently close to Deakin university which was the purpose of our trip. Didn’t appear to be an AH phone number - we didn’t see any staff members for our one night stay. However process for access was very easy to follow.
