Bathroom benches were low and no bath. Glass ware was not replaced when room serviced. Not much transport…had to use Ubers. Staff nice when approached, but most did not go out of their way.

Great place to stay, always stay here whenever I visit Melbourne. It’s so close to the DFO which has plenty of shopping options and food options and is also walking distance from the convention centre and the river. Amazing gym and games room and also amazing dining options. Staff are always so helpful and kind and never had any problems. Last time I stayed the lock on my door had run out of battery when I checked in and the staff were quick to assist and even upgrade me to a room double the price for free for the duration of my stay with no waiting around at all.

It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. View was stunning - panoramic view overlooking the city on the Southbank. The hotel is one of the tallest buildings in the area and I stayed on 24th floor. Room has everything inside - fridge, stove, dish washer, utensils, washing machine, coffee maker, safe….. Room is spacious and quiet. Staff is nice. 5 min walk to parking and Mall/shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Melbourne.
