We checked in close to midnight, was given a card for the room and nothing else, the tablet in the room to order room service etc was not logged in. We called in the morning to order breakfast which is not really a big deal however we had no menu, pricing etc. A top sheet on the beds would not do astray as the quilt on top was uncomfortably warm, as was the room temperature continually resetting to 23 degrees. Overall it is a nice hotel, it seems some smaller details are overlooked though

Fantastic hotel! Room was clean & bed was super comfy. It even had a washing machine & coffee pod machine which was super handy! Will definitely be booking again!

Although the hotel is located in a commercial area, we liked the proximity to DFO and the Crown Entertainment complex as well as several dining options within a 15-minute walk. Not crazy about the prices of Food & Beverages at the rooftop bar (which is quite lovely) as it meant we had to go outside of the hotel for dining.

The property was fabulous, a lovely little get away for my daughter and I. The only thing we struggled with upon arrival, was where the parking was. Maybe a sign on the car park, stating that Oakwood Premier guests to park here. But apart from that, it was excellent.
