Staff forgot to make our room one day but quickly corrected it when we told management. Best part of this hotel is its location - so close to everything such as Southbank, Yarra River, Melbourne Museum, restaurants, shopping, etc. Being in the heart of the CBD is very convenient. Hotel is also very swanky with its artsy look and we liked the hardwood floors - much nicer than the usual carpet.

We loved the hotel itself and the rooftop bar accessibility. A lovely room with great amenities. Especially loved the Dyson hairdryer. Unfortunately the gym was run down with old equipment, very small and the bikes didn't work properly. One of the treadmills had a loose connection also. We picked the hotel because it had a gym but it was nothing like the pictures.

Good hotel to attend the Australian Open. Just a block away from the Park Hyatt. A good alternative to the boring business or chain hotels. My room was large and quiet. The hotel staff weren’t too knowledgeable/helpful with the room dining options and the restaurant was closed for Chinese New Year celebration.

Really nicely put together rooms with all needed amenities- not your standard chain hotel which is great! Great location with lots of restaurants very walkable all over town! Rooftop bar lacked the character of the lobby though was constantly busy! Early checkin also greatly appreciated.
