Great location, very convenient since it's closer to tram and CBD. Staff are very nice and friendly, but this trip only the last night they forgot to put new towels in my room, and take quite sometimes to get (we found out at 10 PM) and the explanation about parking was ambiguous that we ended up pay more than what we should pay. Nice city view the cafe' and restaurant nearby was good. Will definitely consider ibis Melbourne Central next time.

footsteps away from the tram stop. Nicely located within free tram zone and central to most things. Perfect city location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean.

Excellent location for eating out and shopping. Clean tidy room. Only downside is the room was very small, wasnt space to put a full sized suitcase down except in the way of the door

Overall experience was great, the staff even allowed me to check in early and provided with a lot of recommendations on what to see. The hotel is in the city center and walking distance to almost all the places I visited around city center.
