We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, services daily. The only negative is the car parking charge of $35pn. Quite expensive. Other hotels charge around $20pn and the car park isn’t a small one with stackable car spots.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with stunning city and river views. A short walk to Southern Cross Station, tramline and Southbank. Friendly staff and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Definitely on our 'stay here again' list.

Great, across the lane and up the lane, lots of cute, delicious restaurants, Indian was our fave, staff at this place amazing and outstanding, food perfection 10/10 and so very cute, good use of space. Also there is a menu in the room of a cafe round the corner, yet again amazing staff and outstanding food, drink and service ml... Although Melbourne coffee 😂 not as good as QLD, but cute place, street dining and staff really made it and treated all customers equal. Aura, well the room was dirty, as in it needed more time then any poor cleaner would have, after they change all the beds, towels, clean down bench spaces etc then restock everything and with probably 2 hours for 10 floors, with I reckon 10 or more apartments each level, I can't blame them, but yeh I had to clean before we used bathroom, kitchen, table in lounge and I had bought light blankets so put them on lounge as there was long hairs that wernt son:s or mine all over it and for me, as I'm bit clean freak, it was too much. Also we were terrorised 😲 by w#nker neighbours all 3 nights, all good for party, but hell why couldn't they have the boys weekend away, footy team weekend away, group of 10 peeps who didn't sleep 3 days all on same floor and my fam and I with other families? I requested help last night as OTT behaviour and then knocking on my door all night and attempting to climb into our verandah was ignored...never paid to stay somewhere, where this occurred, management notified and to be ignored

Parking is offsite and with a third party. Carpark is closed from 11pm to 6am and don’t get an access code. Have to call support to get car out every time and was advised by carpark attended that we should have access code. Property was also very run down and all the doors jammed tap handles and door handles broken and lots of stains on the carpets. Overall was more like a 1-2 star roadside motel and was expensive and inconvenient.
