"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...

Great beds, pillows, room had fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, nice furniture, beautiful marble bathroom, very large shower! this is a perfect place to stay if you like luxury, marble, gold, crystal chandeliers, quiet beautiful smooth jazz playing, awesome scent of pine when you enter...

We needed to call housekeeping for them, and they only provided plates and bowls - no glasses or coffee cups, and the cutlery was plastic.
