"Only 3 staff were checking folks in at the front desk. Several check in machines that are supposed to make it easier were down. Keys didn't work which required waiting long line twice. Its not dirty but feels second class. Windows were so dirty you barely see out! Rooms are large and the location is fantastic. "

"I called a couple of days in advance of our arrival to request an accessible room close to an elevator for my mother. The person I spoke with was helpful and made the necessary changes to our reservation including giving me the room number. When we checked in, they assigned us a different room. I explained that we needed a room close to an elevator since my mother can’t walk very far, and the desk clerk was very helpful and our room was very comfortable. "
